Business Action Plan - High Resolution

Free Business Action Plans in Time of Crisis

Here are two free ‘Business Action Plan’ worksheets, drawn by the super talented Guy Downes, and designed to help you navigate your business through these rough times. Print them out, and get cracking!

My article last week, published in Mumbrella and also distributed via my blog received more than 50,000 reads around the world. The main feedback from business leaders: “Thank you. A plan to follow, at last!” Now, here’s a free guideline chart to help you take the right action – today and tomorrow.

Guy Downes proactively created these Business Action Planners, based on my article. One is for Internal actions – getting your business ‘house in order.’ The second is for External actions – keeping super-close to existing clients, driving the pipeline, etc. So, if you’re interested in proven ideas to help manage agencies and teams through massive disruption:

  1. Read again the article I wrote for Mumbrella
  2. View these two Business Action Planners by clicking on the picture, and then either print/download.

If you are unable to print them out, or they are blurred for any reason, email me and I’ll send you the charts directly.

Keep these Planners close. Develop your own plans and actions for each section. Take action every day. Update as required.

And thanks to Nick Beckhurst from Brandcraft for the support on some finished art matters, and also to Michael Hyams from AMC Creative for much-needed technical know-how and urgent help!

Keep well. Here’s a virtual hug to you all.
